Clarity for High-Stakes Decisions
Science-led organizations operate in environments where complexity is unavoidable and decisions carry long-term consequences. In moments when deep expertise, technical rigor, regulatory considerations, and rapid innovation cycles converge, it can be difficult to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, aligned direction.
I partner with leaders to clarify direction, synthesize complexity, and support informed decision-making when the stakes are high.
What This Advisory Work Supports
While every engagement is scoped intentionally, this work often focuses on the following areas:
Strategic Synthesis
Integrating scientific, technical, organizational, and market inputs into a coherent strategic picture, reducing siloed decision-making.
Decision Framing
Clarifying trade-offs, priorities, and implications so leadership teams can confidently make informed decisions.
Leadership Alignment
Sharing understanding across stakeholders, teams, and functions, particularly during periods of growth or transition.
Technical Positioning
Translating complex expertise into clear positioning for internal alignment and external stakeholders.
When Leaders Bring Me In
Leaders bring me in during growth or transition phases, when decisions start to carry more weight and familiar ways of working no longer fit. In these moments, progress often slows because information is scattered and urgency takes over critical thinking. My role is to help leadership teams reconnect what they already know and translate that knowledge into clear, aligned direction without forcing premature conclusions.

My work begins by restoring the conditions that allow people to think well together. When connection, trust, and psychological safety are present, teams are better able to think critically, challenge assumptions, and explore new possibilities. Through carefully facilitated conversations and questioning, I help groups surface insights that are often present but unspoken. This allows decisions to emerge in a way that feels grounded, shared, and sustainable rather than imposed or rushed.

How the Work Unfolds
My sessions are intentionally structured to balance rigor with reflection. They allow diverse perspectives to be heard, tensions to be named, and shared understanding to emerge.

Rather than forcing consensus, I facilitate conversations that help groups think together more effectively. This approach ensures that decisions are not only informed by data but also the lived expertise and judgment of the people responsible for carrying them forward.
